Oil dispensing pump stations based on a gear pump unit are designed for transferring used oil, clean oil, base oil, various lubricants, crude oil, diesel fuel, furnace oil, fuel oil, liquid soap, glue, and resins.

The viscosity of the liquids being pumped can reach 1500-2000 cSt. In its basic version, the oil dispensing station is equipped with an explosion-proof electric motor, and it can also be equipped with a reliable general-purpose motor or a powerful diesel or gasoline internal combustion engine.

TANKER oil dispensing stations can be manufactured in various configurations: on an open frame, on an open frame with a roof for protection against direct precipitation, in a closed container, or in an insulated container with explosion-proof life support systems such as heating, lighting, air conditioning, a generator, and supply-and-exhaust ventilation. The technological layout of the station can vary and is determined by the technical specifications (TS).

Control cabinets for the oil dispensing station, equipped with frequency converters, allow for adjusting the pump rotation speed. The oil dispensing station is equipped with flow meters. TANKER FVT filters and air separators improve measurement accuracy and reliably protect the oil dispensing equipment, extending its service life. TANKER-5 fine fuel purification filters guarantee fuel cleanliness and the absence of water.

A mobile oil dispensing station can be equipped with a modern control controller, including visualization on a local control panel. Additionally, the oil dispensing station is equipped with measuring and control instruments (MCI): sensors for pre-explosive vapor concentrations, thermometers, pressure gauges, pressure sensors, fire detectors, and automatic fire extinguishers.

The mobile oil dispensing station can also be equipped with in-line oil product heaters, sample collectors, dosing pumps, spill collection trays, dry-break couplings, quick-release couplings (QRCs), discharge fittings, and more.
